[Pacific] - Carrying out tasks

The action of carrying out tasks (i.e., doing them yourself instead of delegating them to a member of your team) is possible as long as they are tasks that last, at most, one day.

It’s not the most advisable, since as a leader you have other roles to fulfill, so we recommend you don’t over-rely on this option.

Follow these steps to self-assign a task and carry it out:

1. Click on your avatar (Omar or Mai).
2. Click on the "Execute" button.
3. Choose a task from the task tree.

Remember that if you perform a task instead of delegating it, it will detract from your energy.
