[2100] - Serving customers
In 2100 you will have to solve situations where a customer is waiting for you. To serve the customer, follow these steps:
- Open the map.
- Make sure you're in the office.
- Click on the "Coaching" panel.
- Click on the arrow to advance in the exchange of information.
- To answer, choose the option that you think is best among all the possible answers.
Keep in mind: Some answers may not be available, and you won’t be able to select them because you have not yet unlocked the associated skill.

Note: You’ll know that you have to serve a customer when you see a red notification on one of the panels in your office. |
