Log into the platform.

Select “Play” on your chosen roleplay.

Select the language in which you want to play (if several languages are available).

Review the scenario brief describing your situation.

Listen to the avatar’s greeting and start speaking as soon as the microphone is enabled.

Work to convince the customer that your product or service meets their needs.
