[Pacific] – Rewarding a character

To increase a character’s motivation, you can reward them by following these steps:

1. Click on one of the characters to display the menu.
2. Click on the “Reward” button. There you will see a notification with the number of pending rewards to give to that character (if any).
3. Select one of the events to be rewarded.
4. Choose the reward you want to give him.

Note: it is important that, before rewarding, you ask your team members to get to know them better.

Important: you will only be able to reward characters if you have this action unlocked, for which you will have to access two readings: “Motivate your team” and “Recognize and reward”, in the skills tab corresponding to “Motivating”.
