Delegating tasks, giving feedback, developing a character, rewarding, and asking questions will allow you to maintain motivation and synergy levels in your team.
You can perform these actions in two ways:
- By clicking on the character in question.
- Opening the team interface, where you can see if there are any notifications next to the action button (button with 3 dots on the right side of the screen).
Note: remember that you will only be able to perform the individual actions once you have accessed the readings and completed the tests available under the “Mind” button.
