The motivation of your team members increases or decreases depending on how you resolve situations at the individual and team level. That is why there are many factors that influence it.
To increase the motivation of your team, make sure that you are performing all actions correctly, paying special attention to the following:
Individual actions:
- Delegate correctly: delegate tasks according to the skills of each character; otherwise, their motivation will decrease.
- Develop: to do this, click on one of the characters to display the menu, select the “Develop” button, and choose from the development options for that character. Each option has a different energy cost and effect.
- Ask questions: make sure you know your team by asking each person what motivates them. This way, when you are going to reward a character, you will know what motivates them, and you will avoid things that demotivate them.
- Reward: click on one of the characters to display the menu. In the “Reward” button, you will see a notification with the number of pending rewards (if any) to give to that character. Click on the “Reward” button, and a window will display the pending events to reward. Select one of them and then select the reward you want to give it. It is important that, before rewarding, you ask the members of your team to get to know them better.

Group actions:
- Celebrate team buildings: from time to time, performing a team building helps keep team motivation levels high.
- Resolve conflicts quickly: when a conflict arises, try to resolve it as soon as possible.
- Defines objectives and standards and develops processes: thanks to it, the team will not feel lost, and group motivation will increase.

Note: Keep in mind that if any character has motivation at 0% or 25%, the system will consider that he/she is unmotivated. All characters (except the main character) must have their motivation above 25% in order so that feedback indicating a team member is unmotivated doesn’t appear.
