[Pacific] – Develop a character

To increase a character’s motivation, you can develop it by following these steps:

1. Click on one of the characters to display the menu.
2. Click on the “Develop” button.
3. Select a development action.

Note: each option has a different energy cost and effect.

Important: you will only be able to develop characters if you have this action unlocked, for which you will have to access the reading “Develop people” in the skills tab corresponding to “Developing people.”
