General gameplay mechanics #
To advance in the game, click on the characters, objects and icons. characters, objects and icons.
To see your progress in the game, interact with the interface and review your scores and position on the leaderboard. Additionally, you have the option to modify sound and language settings, as well as access any in-game documents via the interface.
The following image shows all the information available on the interface. We explain in more detail below.
Main indicators
In the upper left part of the screen, you will find the main indicators:
- Scores: points achieved in the game so far.
- Leve: current game level and total levels.
- Ranking: your position in the general ranking compared to other players.
Game menu and buttons
At the bottom right of the screen, you will see the game menu. If you pull it down, you will find the following buttons:
- Exit the game: ends your session and returns you to the catalog. You can play again at any time.
- Help: you can use the help button if you have any questions. Use it to access the following:
- Technical assistance and pedagogical support online through he student portal, which is also accessible by e-mail and from the training.
- FAQs: list of frequently asked questions about the course.
- Tutorial: here you can consult, at any time, the document you are reading.
- Settings: adjust the game’s settings for a more personalized experience.
- Languages: changes the language of the game.
- Quality: increase or reduce the quality of the game graphics, adapting them to your device’s capabilities.
- Audio: turn game sounds on or off.
- Mobile: check here for information related to the course you are taking.
- Hints: important information that you will need to advance in the adventure.
- Notepad:
- Lessons: to view the lessons you have read, they will be saved here.
- Model: to consult the learning model.
- Reference documents: to access other relevant documents.
- Notes: to see saved notes here.
- Skills: to see your progress in the different skill challenges in the game.
- Leaderboard: where you can check your performance compared to other learners in the class.
- Map: use the map to move between the different scenarios.
Full screen and progress
At the top right of the screen, you can activate the full screen mode.
You can also continue playing using the keyboard arrow keys or the ESC key, when supported by the system.
