What to do if the game isn’t working due to technical problems #
Here are some basic technical recommendations that can help you in case of black screen, crashes or game loading slowdowns:

Use a computer (laptop or desktop).

Try another browser (Chrome, Edge, Mozilla, etc.).

Click the F5 key or the refresh button on the browser to reload the page (computers only).

Clear the cache, not only the cookies (see here Important! Select “All time” in the time interval.
Other tips that can help the game load more efficiently:

Close all other windows and keep only the game window open.

Try browsing in incognito mode. How? In Chrome, click on the 3 vertical dots at the top right-hand corner of the screen and click, “New Incognito Window.” Type the URL into the private window.

Try to access from another device.

Connect from another network to isolate possible causes.

Lower the game’s image quality (this shouldn’t affect your experience at all). To do this, click on the menu at the lower right of the screen. Go to settings, choose “quality” and “low.”
