[2100] – I don’t know how to advance. How can I continue the adventure?

To learn how to advance, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the phone icon at the bottom right

  1. Check that all the missions for the turn have been completed (you’ll see a blue tick next to the mission).
 

Although it is possible to read all the lessons at any time, we recommend you read the readings in order and only read one lesson at a time. In this way, you will be able to unlock your skills one by one throughout the game and, thus, you will be able to have all the possible response options to serve your customers in each situation.

 

Note: If any of them are still undone, complete them before moving on. If you don’t have anything pending, the “Next turn” button will flash and you’ll know that you need to move on to the next turn.

Important: you should also make sure that you don’t have any pending notifications. A small warning will appear in red if you need to read a lesson, check your TipAdvisor, read a Favebook message, or invest in advertising, among others.
