[2100] – Serving customers

In 2100 you will have to solve situations where a customer is waiting for you. To serve the customer, follow these steps:

  1. Open the map.
  2. Make sure you’re in the office.

  1. Click on the “Coaching” panel.

  1. Click on the arrow to advance in the exchange of information.

  1. To answer, choose the option that you think is best among all the possible answers.


Keep in mind: Some answers may not be available, and you won’t be able to select them because you have not yet unlocked the associated skill.
