If you weren’t able to finish your course on time, you may be able to get an extension to keep playing. The ability to extend comes entirely from your managers since they’re the ones who designed the training plan for your company.
Prerequisites #
- Have a course that is expired but still available to your group.
- Have a valid subscription with Gamelearn.
Steps to extend your deadline #
- Access the Campus with your usual login information.
- Search for your expired course card.
- Click “Extend,” which will appear where the “Play” button was before.
If you don’t see the extend button and your course has expired, contact the people in charge of your training or your managers and ask them for an extension.
Remember, you can check your course’s expiration date directly on the game card (top left corner) or by clicking the information icon (“i”).
