Invite other people and earn extra points

Invitations #

Invitations allow you to invite other colleagues to play your favorite courses and earn points for them (you will get 25 points for each invitation sent, provided that the e-mail address to which you send the invitation is valid). These points will be added to the final game score.

The message to send invitations will appear in some courses. To utilize this feature, when the invitation message pops up, enter the email addresses of up to 10 people in your company, then press the blue “Invite” button.

Remember: you’ll be prompted to send the invitation at the end of the first level.

The system will immediately verify the emails and send the invitations. After sending the invitations, you’ll be able to see how many were sent successfully and how many failed.

These are the reasons why an invitation may not be sent correctly:

  1. The email address is not registered on your company’s Gamelearn platform account.
  2. The e-mail address has received more than two invitations to a course.
  3. The email address belongs to someone who has already started the course.

Note: after closing the sending confirmation, you will see how your earned points are added to the points you have at that moment. You will receive points for each successfully sent email.

Invitees #

If you have been invited to play a course, you will receive the invitation email in your chosen language.

If your company’s settings in our system require you to have previously enrolled in a class to take the course, the message will ask you to contact your training managers so they can handle your enrollment properly.

When you enter the course to which you have been invited, you will see a notification telling you how many points you have earned for accepting the invitation (25 points).
