Google Chrome is a free and fast web browser, and Gamelearn recommends using it for a better gaming experience.
Window’s installation #
- Download the install file.
- Click “Run” or “Save” if need be.
- If you click “Save,” choose one of these options to start the installation process:
- 1. Double-click on the download.
- 2. Click “Open File.”
- If you click “Save,” choose one of these options to start the installation process:
- If you’re asked “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to the device?,” click “Yes.”
- Start Chrome:
- – Windows 7: When the process is finished, Chrome will open in a new window.
- – Windows 8 and Windows 8.1: A welcome dialog will appear. Click “Next” to choose your default browser.
- – Windows 10 and 11: Chrome will open in a new window when the process is finished. You can set Chrome as your default browser.
Prerequisites
To use Chrome on Windows, you need the following:
- Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 or higher.
- An Intel Pentium 4 or later processor compatible with SSE3.
Mac’s installation #
- Download the install file.
- Open the “googlechrome.dmg” file.
- In the window that opens, search for Chrome.

- Drag Chrome to the “Applications” folder.
- You may need to enter your administrator password.
- If you don’t know your administrator password, drag Chrome to a location on your computer, such as the desktop, where you can make changes.
- Open Chrome.
- Open Finder.
- On the sidebar, located to the right of Google Chrome, click “Eject.”
