[2100] – Lessons

To access the course lessons, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the cell phone button (bottom right).

  1. Click on the lessons icon.

  1. Click on each of the lessons to read them.
  2. Wait for the timer to expire and answer the test correctly.

Please note that the lesson 8, “Be positive”, is optional and will not be marked in the same way as the other lessons, i.e. it will never have a blue circle even if you have read it and passed the test. This is because, as it is optional, it will not be marked in the same way as in the previous lessons.

Tip: although it is possible to read all the lessons at any time, we recommend that you read the readings according to the established order and that you read one lesson per turn. This way, your skills can be unlocked one at a time throughout the game and you will have all the possible response options to serve your customers in each situation.
