To unlock actions and be able to interact with your team, follow these steps: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click on the “+” button in the lower right menu. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the “Mind” button.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Access the lessons and click on each of them to read them. At the end of each tab, you\u2019ll see the action that has been unlocked. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    2. When the estimated reading time has elapsed, press “Continue.” <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Rate the lesson. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Answer the test correctly. If you do not pass the test, you will have to reread the lesson. Be sure to answer all the questions. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Important<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>: there are actions that require reading more than one lesson to be unlocked.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> In these cases, two lessons will appear in the “required” section of each skill card. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
      For example, unlocking the “Reward” action requires reading and passing the corresponding tests<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>—<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> of the lessons “Motivate your team” and “Recognize and reward.” <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
