Holding meetings with your team will allow you to carry out group actions, which, in turn, will help you maintain your team’s motivation and synergy levels. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To open the “meeting mode”, follow these steps:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click on the “+” button in the lower right menu. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the “Hold a meeting” button (the icon representing a group). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • Set rules<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Team building<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Resolve conflicts<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Develop processes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
