Synergy: what is it and how do I increase it?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

The word “synergy” comes from the Greek word synergos, which means “to work together” or “to collaborate”. Synergy is understood as a special energy that occurs in some high-performance teams, in which the coordinated action of several parties achieves a more valuable effect than when each person acts separately. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In Pacific, colloquially, this concept is referred to as “two plus two is more than four.” As a leader, you must foster conditions that favor synergy within your team. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To increase your team’s synergy in the game, be sure to incorporate both of the following into your strategy:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Group actions<\/strong>. To do so, follow these steps:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      \n
    • Click on the “+” button at the bottom right of your screen. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click on the call meeting button. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Performs group actions:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
        \n
      • Define objectives. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Define standards. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Strengthen the team through team building activities. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Resolve conflicts as soon as possible when they arise. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Develops processes. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Individual actions<\/strong>. To do so, follow these steps:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          • Click on each of the characters. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
          • Click on “Develop.” <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            But be careful! Failure to do this properly can weaken your team\u2019s synergy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            Remember<\/strong>: to enable each of these options, you must unlock the actions by reading the lessons through the “mind” button and answering the tests correctly. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            Leadership points: what are they and how to increase them?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

            Leadership points accrue through the actions and decisions you make in the course. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            You can earn leadership points in several ways:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Performing group actions<\/strong> through the “meeting mode”: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
                \n
              • Defining objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
              • Defining standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
              • Team-building exercises.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
              • Resolving conflicts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
              • Developing processes. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Delegating<\/strong> appropriate tasks<\/strong> to each of the characters. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
              • Correctly answering questions<\/strong> from the lessons. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
              • Interacting<\/strong> with each of your team members individually as follows: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

                • Giving them feedback.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Developing their skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Rewarding them.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Asking them questions. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  But be careful! Failure to do this properly can lower your score. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

                  Scoring bubbles<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

                  After performing an action with a character, colored bubbles will appear on the screen and burst. The colors correspond to the category you increased your score in: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
