If you weren\u2019t able to finish your course on time, you may be able to get an extension to keep playing. The ability to extend comes entirely from your managers since they\u2019re the ones who designed the training plan for your company. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Prerequisites<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Have a course that is expired but still available to your group.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Have a valid subscription with Gamelearn. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Steps to extend your deadline<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

    1. Access the Campus with your usual login information. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Search for your expired course card. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Click \u201cExtend,\u201d which will appear where the \u201cPlay\u201d button was before.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If you don\u2019t see the extend button and your course has expired, contact the people in charge of your training or your managers and ask them for an extension.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
