The action of carrying out tasks (i.e., doing them yourself instead of delegating them to a member of your team) is possible as long as they are tasks that last, at most, one day.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s not the most advisable, since as a leader you have other roles to fulfill, so we recommend you don\u2019t over-rely on this option. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Follow these steps to self-assign a task and carry it out:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click on your avatar (Omar or Mai). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the “Execute” button. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Choose a task from the task tree. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
